Veriqa is built by Quantum Nexus to grade quantum claims against classical baselines — and to say "wait" when the evidence isn't there. We are early-stage and hire for one trait above all: claim-discipline. If reading the primary source beats reading the abstract for you, we want to hear from you.
Veriqa's only product is a defensible decision, so our only hiring filter is whether you can produce one. We screen for the habits that protect a neutral verdict — reading deeply, citing precisely, and being willing to be the person in the room who says the result isn't proven yet.
Abstracts oversell; methods sections tell the truth. We value people who go to the benchmark, the problem size, and the classical baseline before forming a view — and who can tell when one of those is quietly missing.
A precise "we don't know yet" beats a polished overclaim, every time. "Require further diligence" is a legitimate, frequent answer here, and we reward people who give it even when a faster yes would be easier.
Every claim should carry a source and a confidence level; every illustrative figure should be labelled as such; every gap should be named. If a conclusion can't be traced, it isn't done.
We hold no hardware, simulator or chemistry position to defend. We hire people who can stay neutral on the modality and protect one thing only — the integrity of the grade.

Background in quantum information, physics, or applied cryptography — or demonstrable hands-on experience grading these claims.
