Veriqa, by Quantum Nexus, grades quantum claims against classical baselines and shows its work. Below: what the product does and doesn't do, how the scores are actually computed, who stands behind a verdict, and how engagements run — written for buyers and skeptics, with the limits stated plainly.

01 · What Veriqa is

The decision layer — not the quantum stack.

What exactly does Veriqa do?

Veriqa is an evidence-grading and decision-support layer. It reads claims, papers, patents, cryptographic inventories and theses, extracts the advantage claims, checks each against a named benchmark and a classical baseline, and returns a verdict, scores, an evidence table with sources and confidence, a missing-evidence list, and a machine-readable export.

What is Veriqa NOT?

It is not a quantum computer or a simulator. It does not design or run quantum circuits, operate quantum hardware, or itself claim to achieve quantum advantage. The value of a neutral referee disappears the moment it has its own hardware bet to defend, so staying in the decision layer is a deliberate boundary, not a missing feature.

What are the verdicts?

Three: Proceed, Monitor, and Require further diligence. A Proceed is blocked in code while any core advantage claim lacks a classical baseline — the software enforces that gate, so a green light cannot stand on an unbaselined claim no matter how the report is written.

Do you cover post-quantum cryptography migration?

Yes. Veriqa maps a cryptographic inventory to the NIST standards (FIPS 203, 204 and 205) and prioritises the migration by harvest-now-decrypt-later exposure and the shelf-life of the data being protected — so the most at-risk systems surface first, not just the easiest to swap.

02 · Trust & accuracy

How the grade is reached — and how far you should trust each number.

How is this different from just asking an LLM, or from the hype?

A chatbot will answer with whatever sounds plausible. Veriqa gates every advantage claim against a classical baseline, attaches a source and a confidence level to each sub-claim, and enforces claim-discipline in code — no baseline, no Proceed. The discipline is a product requirement, not a tone we aim for.

How are the maturity, urgency and hype scores computed?

They come from a transparent, rule-based heuristic over features of the text — evidence density, hedging versus superlative language, and the presence of benchmarks, baselines, dates and named entities. They are not a sentiment score and not a statistically validated model. Treat them as a structured reading of how well a claim is evidenced, not as a measurement of truth.

What does the confidence number mean?

Confidence (0–1) expresses how strongly the cited source supports the specific sub-claim it is attached to. It is not a probability that the claim is true and not a forecast of any outcome — a source can strongly support a claim that later proves wrong.

Does a human review the report?

Yes. Every customer-facing report is held in draft until an internal reviewer approves it, and the software enforces that gate — a report cannot be released around it. Reviewers are held to a written credential standard. We do not yet represent that an independent outside expert reviews every report; for high-stakes calls we recommend independent expert review on your side as well.

What happens when the evidence isn't there?

We name the gap rather than paper over it. Claims without a classical comparator are flagged needs-baseline, illustrative figures are labelled as such, and the report ships a missing-evidence list showing exactly what would change the call. "Require further diligence" is a legitimate, frequent answer.

What we do with what you give us.

How is my data handled?

In short: inputs are used to produce your report, kept purpose-limited, and retained according to our policy. The authoritative description of what we collect, why, and for how long is the Privacy Policy — please rely on it rather than any summary here.

Will my confidential material be exposed in a report?

Confidential inputs you provide stay confidential. A mutual NDA is available on request and is standard before we share any competitive landscape or diligence detail. Confidential material is used to inform the grade, not republished.

Do you store payment-card data?

No. We do not store payment-card data on our systems. Engagements are fixed-price and invoiced against an agreed scope.

How does pricing work?

Engagements land and expand: a fixed-price decision brief answers the question in front of you, a pilot proves the workflow across a second vertical, and a recurring agent workspace turns it into ongoing intelligence. Every tier is scoped and priced before work begins. See pricing for the tiers and terms.

What's the turnaround?

A starter brief is delivered in under two weeks; a deeper strategic brief typically runs two to four weeks depending on source volume; a pilot runs six to ten weeks. We confirm scope and a fixed price, usually within two business days of your request.

What if you can't scope my question, or the brief misses scope?

If we can't scope your question into a clear deliverable and a fixed price, we don't start and you pay nothing. If a delivered brief misses the scope we agreed in writing, we revise it at no charge until it meets that scope. This covers fidelity to the agreed deliverable — it is a service commitment, not a guarantee of any decision, verdict, or outcome.
